Returns and Exchanges

Once you have received your order, you have 14 business days to inspect the items. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may exchange or return it within these 14 days. Note: the date on the postmark applies.

After the 14-day inspection period, the purchase becomes final, and returns or exchanges are no longer possible.

Sale Items: Sale items have a return period of 8 days. For returned sale items, a store credit is issued for the total return amount.

If your order qualified for free shipping, but your total falls below €100 after a return, an additional €6.95 will be charged.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • You must notify us of the return in advance by emailing info@petitblush.com.
  • The item(s) must be posted within 14 days from the delivery date; the postmark date applies.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid at your own expense.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted. The package will be returned directly to the sender, who is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your item arrived damaged, please report this to customer service at info@petitblush.com within 24 hours. Acceptance is based on the time and date of your email. Shipping costs for all returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the sender. Please note that return packages remain your responsibility until we receive them.

How to Register a Return:

  1. Email info@petitblush.com.
  2. Indicate which items you wish to return and your reason. If you would like a different size, please specify in your email.
  3. Your return is now registered and can be mailed! Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we receive your return in good, undamaged condition, we will refund the return amount.*

*If your order was shipped for free, but the total falls below €100 after your return, we will charge an additional €6.95.

Sales Policy:

  • For sale items discounted by 40% or more, a store credit is issued for the returned amount.
  • Items discounted by 60% or 70% cannot be returned.
