1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made by Petit Blush with consumers through distance selling. These Terms and Conditions are available at www.petitblush.com. Upon request, we can send a copy of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 By accepting an offer or placing an order, the consumer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offers / Agreements
2.1 If an offer has a limited validity period, Petit Blush will clearly state this in the offer.
2.2 Petit Blush aims to describe its products as accurately and truthfully as possible. However, apparent errors or mistakes do not bind Petit Blush.
2.3 When an offer is accepted, Petit Blush will clearly state the rights and obligations of the consumer, including the price, shipping costs, payment method, and right of withdrawal.
2.4 Petit Blush reserves the right to refuse an order without stating a reason. An agreement only exists when Petit Blush has accepted the order.

3. Right of Withdrawal
3.1 After purchase, the consumer has the right to return an item without reason within fourteen days, starting from the day of receipt. If an item is not eligible for the right of withdrawal, Petit Blush will specify this in the offer.
3.2 During the inspection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. If a consumer wishes to return an item under the right of withdrawal, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with any seal intact. The consumer is responsible for proper packaging and the cost of return shipping.
3.3 Upon return in accordance with the terms and within the inspection period, Petit Blush will refund the purchase amount within 30 days.

4. Prices and Payments
4.1 All prices for offered products or services are in euros, inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are listed separately.
4.2 Petit Blush will not raise prices during the validity period unless changes in VAT rates or significant currency fluctuations occur.
4.3 Payment must be made using a payment method offered by Petit Blush, which reserves the right to set further payment conditions. For bank transfers, the payment date is the date funds are received by Petit Blush.
4.4 Payment is due immediately after ordering. Processing begins once payment is received by Petit Blush.
4.5 If payment is not received, Petit Blush reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.
4.6 If a sale item is returned, any discount code used will be adjusted accordingly.
4.7 For discounted items with 40% or more off, a store credit is issued for the return amount. Items with 60% or 70% off are non-returnable.
4.8 Abuse of discount codes will result in the entire order being canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the known account.

5. Delivery
5.1 Stated delivery times are indicative, with a maximum delivery time of 30 days. Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation or order cancellation unless the delay is unreasonable. In that case, Petit Blush will refund the purchase amount within 30 days.
5.2 The shipping address provided by the consumer will be used for delivery. Petit Blush is not liable for damages resulting from errors in the provided address.
5.3 Deliveries are only made to countries specified by Petit Blush. Petit Blush is not obligated to deliver to other countries.

6. Retention of Ownership
6.1 Petit Blush retains ownership of delivered products or services until the consumer has fulfilled all obligations under all agreements. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.

7. Compliance and Warranties
7.1 Petit Blush ensures that ordered products or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of reliability and usability.
7.2 If a product with a warranty develops a defect during the warranty period, the consumer must notify Petit Blush by email or letter. Petit Blush will repair or replace the item if the defect was not caused by improper use. The choice between repair and replacement rests with Petit Blush.
7.3 The warranty is limited to the term set by the product manufacturer or supplier.

8. Complaints and Liability
8.1 The consumer must inspect the item as soon as possible after receipt. Any defects or damage from shipping must be reported to Petit Blush in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt.
8.2 Upon receiving a complaint, Petit Blush will replace the items or refund the purchase amount after the return.
8.3 If an item does not meet normal quality standards, the consumer may notify Petit Blush in writing or by email, and Petit Blush will assess the complaint and, if necessary, repair or replace the item.

9. Force Majeure
9.1 Petit Blush is not required to fulfill an agreement or part thereof in cases of force majeure. In such cases, Petit Blush reserves the right to suspend, partially fulfill, or cancel the agreement without compensating the consumer. This does not exempt the consumer from paying for any part of the agreement that has been fulfilled and holds independent value.
9.2 If a force majeure situation exceeds two months, both parties are entitled to terminate the agreement.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements between Petit Blush and the consumer, even if the products or services are fully or partially delivered outside the Netherlands.
10.2 Petit Blush and the consumer will make every effort to resolve any dispute through mutual agreement before resorting to legal action.
