How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. The postmark date applies.

Sale items: items with 50% and 60% discount must be returned within 8 days; a voucher for the returned amount will be issued once we have received your return. Items with 70% discount are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
What are the return conditions?
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.
  • Returns must be notified via email to info@petitblush.com.
  • Items must be shipped within the 14-day window.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, but the final total falls below €150 after returns, an additional €7.95 will be deducted.
