How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. The postmark date applies.
Sale items must be returned within 8 days, and you'll receive a store credit for the return value.
Note: Items discounted by 60–70% are final sale and cannot be returned.
What are the return conditions?
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Returns must be notified via email to info@petitblush.com.
- Items must be shipped within the 14-day window.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, but the final total falls below €100 after returns, an additional €7.95 will be deducted.
