Returns and exchanges
From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 working days to view the items. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within these 14 days. Please note! The date of the postmark applies.
After 14 days on approval, the approval period expires and the purchase agreement becomes final, meaning that exchange or return is no longer possible.
For sale items, there is an 8-day return period and a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the return shipment.
If your order was shipped for free, but you end up below €100 after returning it, we will charge an additional €7.95.
Conditions for exchanges & returns:
The return shipment must be emailed in advance to info@petitblush.com.
The shipment must be posted within the delivery date and 14th day of inspection, the date of the postmark applies.
The return shipment must be prepaid, at your own expense.
Item(s) are unused and undamaged.
If your order does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted by us. The package will then be immediately returned to the specified sender. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for the account of the specified sender.
If the shipment is delivered to you damaged, please report this as soon as possible within 24 hours to customer service via info@petitblush.com.
Again, the time and date of your email will be considered for acceptance. The shipping costs of any exchange or return shipment are for the sender. A return package remains the responsibility of you as the sender until receipt.

How to register a return:
Step 1: Send an email to info@petitblush.com.
Step 2: Indicate which items you want to return and why. If you want to receive a different size, please indicate this in the email.
Step 3: Your return is now registered and can be sent by post! Costs for returning are at your own expense. When we have received your return in good and undamaged condition, we will refund the return amount to you. *, **

** Sales for discounted items from 40% discount you will receive a credit note for the returned amount. Items with 60% and 70% discount cannot be returned.
