What are the shipping costs and thresholds for free shipping?
- Netherlands: €7.95 (Free shipping above €150)
- Belgium & Germany: €8.95 (Free shipping above €200)

- Italy, Spain, Czech Republic: €12.95 (Free shipping above €250)
- Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Croatia: €15.95 (Free shipping above €250)
- Other worldwide destinations: €24,90
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. The postmark date applies.
Sale items: items with 50% and 60% discount must be returned within 8 days; a voucher for the returned amount will be issued once we have received your return. Items with 70% discount are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
What are the return conditions?
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Returns must be notified via email to info@petitblush.com.
- Items must be shipped within the 14-day window.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, but the final total falls below €150 after returns, an additional €7.95 will be deducted.
How do I register and send a return?

- Mention the reason and whether you'd like a different size.
